Born from a passion for barbecue
My barbecue journey began in 2013 while travelling through Texas and Memphis, Tennessee. Experiencing the barbecue culture, flavours and cooking traditions firsthand sparked a passion that has stayed with me ever since.
Outlaw Barbecue began taking shape in 2023 with a clear goal: to create seasonings that deliver bold, memorable flavour.
From early 2025, I focused on developing the range, refining each blend and putting the products into the hands of local barbecue enthusiasts for honest feedback.
Today, Outlaw Barbecue is a Canberra-based range of four distinctive seasonings, each developed for a different style of cooking and united by one attitude:
