Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Outlaw Barbecue purchase. This policy applies to purchases made through outlawbbq.com.au.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, damaged when supplied, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@outlawbbq.com.au

Please include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, where applicable

We may ask you to retain the product and packaging while we assess the issue. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or reimbursement of reasonable return costs.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Because our products are consumable food products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened, used, tampered with or have a broken safety seal.

We may accept a change-of-mind return if:

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• The product is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
• The safety seal and packaging remain intact
• You provide proof of purchase

Approved change-of-mind returns must be sent to the return address we provide. Customers are responsible for return postage and the original shipping charge is not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Please do not return a product before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. If the order has not entered processing or been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel or amend it.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under the applicable return provisions above.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.
