TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply when you access outlawbbq.com.au or purchase products from Outlaw Barbecue. Outlaw Barbecue is operated by Canberra BBQ & Outdoors Pty Ltd.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, photographs, weights and other information are accurate.

Product packaging or formulations may occasionally change. Always read the information and allergen statements on the product supplied before use. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about ingredients, allergens or suitability.

Images are provided for illustration. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, packaging changes and natural variation in ingredients.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is accepted.

We may correct genuine pricing, product or technical errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or receiving a refund.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised
• A product is unavailable
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability. Inventory information may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, wait for replenishment or receive a refund.

SHIPPING

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, peak periods, remote locations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or uncollected parcel may be charged where legally permitted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
